How to place an enquiry for quotation or order?

To place an order, go to the "Contact" tab where you will find the Enquiry for Quotation Form or the Order Form. You can also send an e-mail to cs@wiresolutions.pl containing the quote number or a list of products with catalog numbers of our manufacturers, quantity, price from the offer and the order delivery date. Please also provide a telephone contact details. Orders can also be placed by phone. The customer service department will send you your order confirmation e-mail as soon as possible, usually on the same day. In the case of goods that are not available in our warehouse, the wait time may depend on how fast our manufacturer is able to respond.

Where can I find product certificates?

How to negotiate a better price?

Each of our Clients and Business Partners is treated individually and we always try to meet their expectations. Price negotiations are possible for larger orders and based on the purchase history. Does Wire Solutions provide maintenance and repair?

Does Wire Solutions provide warranty service?

Yes, our manufacturers usually provide a 1- or 2-year warranty depending on the product. Warranty service for products purchased from Wire Solutions is received from the manufacturer through us. I have a production issue. Can Wire Solutions help me?

Yes. In our activities, we are primarily guided by meeting our Clients expectations. Wire Solutions specialists operate throughout the country, during their visits to regular and new Clients, they help to solve the problems of the cable harness production process. 15 years of professional experience in the production of harnesses and cabling allows us to support our Clients in new projects, as well as in solving problems with the correctness of crimps and wire processing. How to apply for a refund to the Client's account?

Sometimes it happens (for various reasons) that we receive an incorrect (higher amount to our bank account). If such a situation occurs, in the "Download" tab there is a form "Procedure for returning funds to the Customer's account", the printed and completed scan of which should be sent to the Accounting Department or to the Customer Service Department.

How to give consent to receive electronic invoices?

Our company's policy is to limit printing and sending unnecessary parcels and othe mailed pieces with the aim of sustainable development and care for the natural environment. Therefore, we encourage you to agree to the sending of invoices by electronic means, which will certainly increase the comfort of your work as well. What training and what scope of training does Wire Solutions provide?

Our company organizes and conducts training courses dedicated to the offered product groups. Knowledge of the correct operation of wire processing machines and hand tools for cutting, stripping and crimping is provided by certified and trained employees of Wire Solutions. Such training guarantees that the cable harness processing processes in your company will be correct, which in turn has a direct impact on the efficiency and safety of future installations and the reliability of manufactured components.

Is it possible to order tools with my own logo on them?

Yes, for some hand tools, we are able to brand their handles with your logo and give them a color different from the color given by the manufacturer. Can I receive invoices in foreign currencies? What currencies are available?

Yes, it is possible to receive invoices in Euro. It is enough to report such a need when placing an order to the Customer Service Department.

Gas-tight crimp guarantees a correct, controlled execution of the crimp, and thus durable, efficient and, above all, safe functioning of the correctly processed crimping connection. High-quality components, robust and dedicated to the crimping process tools and, above all, well-trained staff are the shortest way to reliable, failure-free and effective connections. How to properly strip the wire?

Correct stripping of the wire has a huge impact on the further processing of the cable and on the future implementation of the correct terminal lug. In the process of stripping, it is important to use dedicated tools that precisely adjust the depth of the incision without damaging the cable structure. It is also important to be able to control the length of the wire stripping.

Does Wire Solutions have cable processing machines for the e-mobility industry?

Yes. We offer automatic machines for processing cables from the high voltage sector, used in the production of electric cars. First of all, it is the well-known, respected German manufacturer Metzner, whose products we distribute on the Polish market.
